Birth preparation weekend (English)

This weekend course offers intensive preparation for the birth for people from all over the world.

Information about birth, postnatal care and life with the baby are essential elements of the course. Breathing and relaxation exercises, correct posture and supportive massage are the practical parts of the course.

Pregnancy and birth are profound life experiences, also for partners. Being informed about the adventure of childbirth and parenthood helps to experience this time consciously and confidently. The role of the partner during and after birth is also discussed.

You can come alone or with a partner.
The costs are covered by your health insurance – except for the partner fee. You must pay this fee of €145 in cash at the start of the course.

The course will be held Saturday and Sunday from 10-17 hrs.
